Living laboratories & field work

Ideas must meet a real world.

SGR tests concepts through lived evidence, sensor research, and practical prototypes, including the Sentient Futures park stewardship inquiry (extending Silent Trails), the Forestʌr AR forest bathing prototype developed with UBC EMLx, and Sit Spot Club as a daily practice laboratory. Ideas are grounded in the realities of attention, care, livelihood, place, and relationship.
